Where to find invoices for your Norman subscription and why the Free plan does not expire.

Download subscription invoices
Your Norman subscription invoice is sent to your email automatically after each payment.
You can also download it in the app:
Account -> Subscription -> Manage subscriptions
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first. The in-app download is the reliable backup.
When does my free trial end?
The Free plan is permanently free and does not expire. You do not need to cancel anything for the Free plan to remain free.
Paid plans unlock additional features, such as tax filings or advanced AI features.
