Rewards rules

These Rewards Rules (version 1.1.0) govern participation in reward programs offered by Norman AI GmbH, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin. By taking part in any reward program, you accept these rules.

Norman may amend the Rewards and these Rewards Rules at any time without prior notice. Entitlement to benefits is not guaranteed and is offered at the sole discretion of Norman. Norman may unilaterally cancel, suspend, or replace the Rewards at any time. Participation is voluntary.

Referral program

Participants (Referrers) share their personal referral link with friends or business partners. When a referred person signs up as a new Norman user, the Referrer may become eligible for a reward.

Eligibility

- You are a current Norman user.
- The referred person is EU-based (operating a legal entity or acting as a freelancer or entrepreneur).
- Norman employees and their family members are excluded.
- The referred person's business was not previously registered with Norman under any other email address or alias.

Qualified referral

A referral qualifies when the referred person subscribes to an eligible Norman service within the defined timeframe and meets the business registration status requirements.

Rewards

- One reward is granted per verified qualified referral.
- Rewards are typically issued as Bonus Credits (1 Credit = 1 Euro).
- Credits can be exchanged for a cash payout or applied automatically toward subscription fees.
- Credits cannot be transferred unless Norman specifies otherwise.
- Recipients are responsible for any tax reporting obligations on the rewards.

Redemption and expiry

- If a program is terminated, Credits can still be used within six months.
- Credits are annulled immediately upon account cancellation.
- Individual promotions may alter these standard terms.
