Why can't I see the Zusammenfassende Meldung?
When the EC Sales List appears in Norman and which details are required for EU B2B revenue.
Updated
The ZM appears only when there is something to report
The Zusammenfassende Meldung, also known as the EC Sales List, appears in Norman only when there are EU intra-community transactions that need to be reported.
If no matching transactions exist, no ZM is shown.
Check the required details
For the relevant transactions, check that:
- The customer's country is in the EU and is not Germany
- The customer is marked as a business
- A valid VAT ID is stored for the customer
- The transaction is recorded in the matching EU B2B or reverse-charge category
Then re-save the affected customers and transactions. If all requirements are met, the ZM should appear.
B2C and non-EU cases
Revenue from private customers or customers outside the EU does not belong in the ZM. Different VAT rules apply to those cases.
